INEOS Bio Ethanol 2.0 Technology (Second generation of ethanol)

The patented cellulosic technology thermally deconstructs the carbon molecule in organic feedstock through an enclosed, oxygen-starved process (gasification). Then in a reaction that takes less than two minutes, a patented bacterial culture reconstructs the CO, H2 and CO2 into ethanol, hydrogen, and water. A final standard distillation process creates 99.9% pure fuel-grade ethanol. The entire process takes about two hours, whereas prior sugar fermentation technologies require 45 to 55 hours. Once up to temperature, the process requires no additional external energy and is continuous. Turbines convert steam into electricity used to power the refinery and allows for excess electricity to be sold to the grid. The ethanol facilities are built as modular “cells” so the facility can be constructed to meet the needs of the market area. Facilities up to 100 million gallons are being engineered.

Carbon Bio-Engineering, Inc. (CBEI)

The CBEI processing systems extract valuable fuels such as petrols, #4 fuel, light gasses, steam used to produce electrical power to be integrated into electrical grids. Our processors can also yield solid bi-products comprising a variety of carbon compounds whose uses range from medical applications to soil improvement. The process yields no net wastes requiring transport and disposal in land fills. Municipal solid wastes, abbreviated as MSW, which contain significant amounts of non-carbonaceous material can also yield slag. Slag is impermeable and practically inert. It is useful in capping land fills, as foundation materials, and in road construction. The virtual elimination of net wastes from carbonaceous materials substantially reduces land fill area, capital, and operational requirements including design and construction of methane and green house gas venting systems.

Bioremediation

Microbes with a natural appetite for oil live everywhere in the environment . They are natures recycling unit, capable of eating oil and digesting it into bi-products which are then safely consumed by marine life. Researchers have collected microbes from all over the world and combined them together in combinations which will address nearly all toxins in oil pollution with no harmful side effect to the environment. This product has been EPA approved.
